Grampians Estate is a small family-owned boutique winery. The cellar door at Great Western has a large range of premium wines on tasting, as well as cheese platters, muffins, and espresso coffee. The winery has a James Halliday ‘5 red star’ rating putting it in the top 10% of wineries in Australia and the Cellar Door was recently voted ‘Best Cellar Door and food experience’ in the Grampians by Gourmet Traveller Magazine.

Grampians Olive Co. – Family owned and operated, Grampians Olive Co. in Laharum is home to the historic ‘Toscana’ Olive Plantation – the leading olive producer in the Grampians. Olives are organically grown, cold pressed and bottled on farm. Since establishment in 1943 the grove has established a reputation for producing premium award winning organic extra virgin olive oils, as well as agrumato and infused olive oils, table olives and artisan vinegars.

Mount Zero Olives is a family owned olive grove three hours west of Melbourne on the northern edge of the Grampians National Park in Victoria, Australia. Red Rock Olives – Pomonal is the home of Red Rock Olives. The orchard grows award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The kitchen produces Olive Salt, condiments and artisan vinegars. Simply Teatime – Realising that there’s more to life than sitting in quiet retirement, Sally decided to embark on creating unique and beautiful teas that told the story of where she lived, the Grampians, and so began Simply Teatime, a local Grampians business.

SubRosa wines are crafted with passion, inspired and influenced by the rugged Grampians ranges of Victoria. Winemaker Adam Louder grew up in the Grampians and began his career at Best’s and Mount Langi Ghiran. In 2013, after travelling the world and working in Bordeaux, the Napa Valley and Margaret River, Adam returned home to the Grampians to start SubRosa with partner Nancy Panter. SubRosa is a boutique winery with a focus on quality and regionality, producing Shiraz, Nebbiolo, Chardonnay and Viognier with a total production of 300 cases/year.

“SubRosa is a winery to watch. The first releases have hit the market this year and are striking for their regional verity, (affordable) price points and deliciousness,” Mike Bennie, Winefront, 2015.

Three Troupers – The Three Troupers, William, Macgregor and George, cousins from Balmoral in Scotland, travelled to the Victorian goldfields in the summer of 1853 to seek their fortune on the goldfields. A far greater fortune was soon discovered with their distinctive styled home brews.

Named after each of the cousins, these premium handcrafted beer recipes have been handed down throughout the generations for their descendants to imitate and appropriate for themselves.

Today the Three Troupers Brewery produces an Amber Ale, Pale Ale and Pilsner for the discerning beer connoisseur. All are preservative free and naturally brewed.
